Service Charge for the Australian Gopher
Service fee is $28 (AUD); this fee includes packaging and handling. On top of that, you pay postage and the cost of the item.
For requests where the PayPal transaction is over $100, an additional 5% of the total amount above $100 will be levied with the final invoice. So in the following example an extra $3 is required (AUD). E.g. 2 x shirts @ $61 ($122) + shipping of $10 and service fee of $28 = $160
The request comes to $160 so an additional 5% will be charged on the $60 - you would therefore be charged an extra $3. Email Gilda with any questions.
Requests for multiple items may incur additional fees if they are from different stores or for large items (typically around 5 items would be included in the service fee).
Make a request and let us know what you would like. We will let you know if the service fee will be more than $28 (AUD). You are under no obligation to buy until you send a deposit.
If the request is for a high-ticket (high cost) item(s) we may ask for payment in full before purchasing the item for you.
Returns are dealt with as if they are a request. You will therefore be charged a service fee and will be responsible for all shipping charges.
