Service Charge for the UK Gopher

Service fee is £12 (Great British Pounds); this fee includes packaging and handling. On top of that, you pay postage and the cost of the item.

For requests where the PayPal transaction is over £50, an additional 5% of the total amount above £50 will be levied with the final invoice. So in the following example an extra £2 is required making the service fee £14. e.g. 2 x shirts @ £34 (£68) + shipping of £10 and service fee of £12 = £90

The request comes to £90 so an additional 5% will be charged on the £40 - you would therefore be charged an extra £2 Email Sarah with any questions.

Requests for multiple items may incur additional fees if they are from different stores or for large items (typically around 5 items would be included in the service fee).

Make a request and let us know what you would like. We will let you know if the service fee will be more than 12 pounds. You are under no obligation to buy until you send a deposit.

If the request is for a high-ticket (high cost) item(s) we may ask for payment in full before purchasing the item for you.

Returns are dealt with as if they are a request. You will therefore be charged a service fee and will be responsible for all shipping charges.
