Q: What is included in the service fee?
A: The service fee includes (i) purchasing the item(s) for you; (ii) inspecting and inventorying them on arrival at our facility; (iii) re-packing the item(s) to minimize size and therefore shipping costs; and (iv) shipping them to you. We also take care of all customer service issues between you and merchant. If, for example, your items arrive to us damaged or incorrect, we will return the items to the merchant for you at no additional cost.

Q: What happens if the Gopher cannot source my item(s)?
A: If the Gopher cannot source your requested item(s) you will receive a full 100% refund any fees paid.

Q: Who is responsible for import duties?
A: The import duties vary from country to country. You are responsible for paying any import duties.

Q: I don’t like the items I requested/ I want to change the items.
A: We will be happy to process and return or exchange for an additional fee.

Q: The item arrived damaged in the mail.
A: We inspect your items on arrival at our warehouse and repack for international transit. Please contact us if your goods arrived damaged.

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO or military addresses?
A: Yes. Shipping to APO addresses usually costs the same as for domestic shipping.

Q: Can I apply a discount coupon code with my order?
A: Yes. Just enter the code in the item details box. An order will still be placed if the code has expired.

Q: What are the accepted methods of payment?
A: We currently accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal. Wire transfer in exceptional cases.
